PREPARATION OF DRINKS/JUICES OF DIFFERENT FRUITS

  1. PREPARATION OF GUAVA DRINK:

Recipe:

Guava pulp1 kg
Water5 liter
Sugar900 g
Citric acid11 g
CMC4-6 g
Sodium citrate2 g
Sodium benzoate2 g
Flavor5 ml

Preparation:

Take ripe guava fruit, wash it with water and clean it from the effects of dust and medicines. Cut and remove the seed part. Take some amount of water mentioned in the formula and make a paste with the help of a blender. Take more water from the same water and heat it and dissolve the CMC with the help of a blender. Filter the solution containing pulp, water, sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate and CMC through a muslin cloth. Put all this mixture in a steel pan and heat it to 58oC or stop cooking when it is close to boiling. Remove from the heat and mix the flavor and sodium benzoate and immediately put the drink into the bottle and cover it. If it is intended to be filled in plastic bottles, fill the guava drink by placing the bottles in water and immediately put the lid on.

2. PREPARATION OF PEACH DRINK:

Recipe:

Peach pulp1 kg
Water5 kg
Sugar900 g
Citric acid11 g
CMC4-6 g
Sodium citrate2 g
Sodium benzoate5ml
Color (sunset yellow)As desired

Preparation:

Pick ripe, healthy peaches, wash it with water and clean it from the effects of dust and medicines and take out the seeds. Take some amount of water mentioned in the formula and make a paste with the help of a blender. Take more water from the same water and heat it and dissolve the CMC with the help of a blender. Filter the solution containing pulp, water, sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate and CMC through a muslin cup. Put all this mixture in a steel pan and heat it to 58oC or stop cooking when it is close to boiling. Remove from the heat and mix the flavor and sodium benzoate and immediately put the drink into the bottle and cover it. If it is intended to be filled in plastic bottles, fill the peach drink by placing the bottles in water and immediately put the lid on.

3.PREPARATION OF MANGO DRINK:

Recipe:

Mango pulp700 gm
Water5 kg
Sugar900 g
Citric acid11 g
CMC4-6 g
Sodium citrate2 g
Sodium benzoate8 ml
Color (sunset yellow)As desired
Flavor5 ml

Preparation:

Choose ripe and juicy mangoes, wash it with water and clean it from the effects of dust and medicines and cut the shells and remove the kernels. Take some amount of water mentioned in the formula and make a paste with the help of a blender. Take more water from the same water and heat it and dissolve the CMC with the help of a blender. Filter the solution containing pulp, water, sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate and CMC through a muslin cloth. Put all this mixture in a steel pot and heat it to 58oC and stop cooking. When it is close to boiling remove from the heat and mix the flavor and sodium benzoate. Now immediately put the drink into the bottles and close the lid. If it is intended to be filled in plastic bottles, fill the drink by placing the bottles in water and immediately put the lid on.
